An 8 week MBSR ( Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ) is an educational and evidence- based program which offers a possibility to respond in a more effective way to stress, anxiety, fears and pain. We are learning to use our innate resources and abilities, exploring our own limits by cultivating .
This class will be held in a special setting of 4 sessions of 4 hrs :
observation to finally discover new possibilities and opportunities.
Meditation is a key element in this process of awareness.
