What we’re about
We are a looking to integrate Mindfulness in our life. Taking a moment to become still and become aware of how we feel in this moment . We aim to nourish ourself in a loving and self compassionate way . Together with like minded people we go on a path of awakening being encouraged and inspired and maybe regaining inner peace and happiness .
We are offering Mindful outdoor activities in the nature and propose different workshops to deepen our awareness of body, mind and emotions. We meditate and exchange our experiences . Everybody interested in Mindfulness is welcome, those with curiosity as those with experience with MBSR ; all looking to integrate and deepen Mindfulness in our daily life. I am enjoying going with you on this life changing journey of Mindfulness and looking forward meeting you to one of our activities or workshops !
