Mindful walking is a wonderful possibility to take a pause, step out of our busy lives and reconnect with our senses. Taking a moment to nourish ourselves by diving into the nature with all its beauty, power and gifts. Becoming aware of how we feel in our body, mind and emotions, turning inside and becoming still. And maybe... being able of letting go, feeling grounded and being resourced to venture out again to face the daily life.
Please wear comfortable clothing and solid shoes ! We will walk only with dry weather as it might not be prudent in case of rain. As we are starting our session at 5pm sharp, I invite you to be there 10 min earlier. I suggest to confirm your attendance in order for us to know you are joining ! Thanks and looking forward seeing you .
The price for this session is 10€ and can be payed after the walk .
