An 8 week MBSR ( Mindfulness based stress reduction ) workshop based on the teaching of J. Kabat-Zinn, is suitable for anyone who wishes to live a balanced and happy live.
The scientifically proven benefits of mindfulness are showing , that a regular mindfulness practice significantly contributes to well-being and a better health .

IN 8 WEEKS WE WILL LEARN HOW TO:

  • reduce mind wandering and enable you to improve your focus
  • rediscover the present moment with all its power and possibilities.
  • learn powerful tools to reduce stress and to gain better control of your life.
  • liberate yourself from fear, anxiety, and unhappiness.
    Research further suggests that well-practiced mindfulness can help to control pain signals.

  • develop a more loving attitude towards yourself and others and improve your relationships.
  • rebalance your energies in and feel happiness and joy coming back in your life. You can expect to find a sense of inner peace and freedom.
  • apply some powerful practices which can be incorporated into daily life and support in challenging moments and situations
