An 8 week MBSR ( Mindfulness based stress reduction ) workshop based on the teaching of J. Kabat-Zinn, is suitable for anyone who wishes to live a balanced and happy live.
The scientifically proven benefits of mindfulness are showing , that a regular mindfulness practice significantly contributes to well-being and a better health .
IN 8 WEEKS WE WILL LEARN HOW TO:
- reduce mind wandering and enable you to improve your focus
