➡️ Come and join our meditation sessions at Sala Dana, located near Plaza Tirso de Molina. This session offers a beautiful space to work out your muscles of awareness, compassion, and connection 🏋🏽🧡. You will be joined by a lovely community of like-minded individuals, fostering mindful connections, and providing a supportive space to share experiences and inquire about anything that may arise in your practice.

🧘🏽Our sessions typically consist of a 30-minute mindfulness meditation, followed by a brief talk about mindfulness. We conclude with a short Loving Kindness practice, creating a well-rounded and enriching experience for all participants, even those who are new to practice.

📍 LOCATION**:** Sala Dāna, c/ Luis Vélez de Guevara, 9 (planta calle, local 2D - right next to the Correos office), 28012 Madrid (Tirso de Molina)

👩🏽‍🏫TEACHER: Hi, I'm Jo! I'm Canadian but have been living in Madrid for over 10 years now. During this time, I've become certified as a Yoga teacher and a Mindfulness teacher. I've been hosting mindfulness activities, sessions, and retreats for almost 4 years now. What I most love to share is how to bring the qualities that we develop through our mindfulness practice (awareness, kindness, connections) into our everyday lives. I don't meditate to be a good meditator, I meditate to develop skills that help me be a better human.
