Join this adult-specific gathering two Sundays a month as a newbie or to support your current meditation practice. All gatherings led by Lisa Klein, a long term practitioner and student of The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh.
Mindful living is a way of life that flourishes as we mature each day. Encompassing the way we think, eat, feel, believe, and appreciate the earth and all our gifts.
Teachings and discussion will concentrate on self-love, relaxation, meditation, and our physical/emotional wellness. Guided meditations will support our ever changing lives.
Using Tibetan and Nepalese singing bowls we will collectively focus together creating an enriching Sunday morning.
Please bring a yoga mat, zafu cushion, or chair sitting is available on site.
