What we’re about

Hello and welcome!

I am starting this group because I am looking to connect with like-minded people who value presence, mindfulness, and nature. I know how hard it can be to find a community that wants to slow down and simply be present, so I decided to create the space I was looking for.

This is a brand new group for anyone (from total beginners to experienced meditators) who is interested in practicing meditation and meeting others in a low-pressure environment.

The Goal: To build a consistent group where we can meditate, walk, and connect.

What we do:
Meditation: We will meet for guided or silent meditation sessions focusing on breath and awareness.

Nature Walks: We will frequently pair our practice with light walks on local trails, using nature to help ground us.

Connection: After sits or walks, there will be space for optional conversation and reflection.

Who should join: Anyone looking to disconnect from daily noise, be more present, and meet like-minded people in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
