Walking Meditation at Clover Creek

Join me for a relaxed, beginner-friendly mindful walk at Clover Creek Preserve. This event is all about slowing down, reconnecting with your senses, and enjoying nature with a small group.
What To Expect?
- Easy-paced mindful walk: We’ll walk the paved loop trail at a comfortable pace. Most of the walk will be in silence, with occasional gentle prompts (like noticing your breath, tuning into sounds, or observing physical sensations) to help deepen awareness and bring attention into the present moment.
- Optional reflection: At the end, anyone who wants to stick around to share their experience or ask questions is welcome.
Where We Meet:
We’ll meet by the main trailhead parking area off Shasta View Drive. I will be standing near the entrance board. I'm 6'6", so I should be pretty easy to spot!
What to Bring:
- Water
- Comfortable walking shoes
- A warm jacket
