Sitting Meditation at Lake Redding Park
Details
Join me for a 40-minute guided meditation at Lake Redding Park. We’ll slow down and practice sustained present-moment awareness together. All experience levels are welcome.
What To Expect?
- Guided Meditation: I’ll offer gentle verbal guidance throughout. We’ll anchor attention in the breath and the natural sounds of the park.
- Optional Reflection: At the end, anyone who wants to stick around to share their experience or ask questions is more than welcome.
Where We Meet:
We’ll meet by the benches next to the main parking lot (off Benton Drive). From there, we’ll find a nearby spot to settle in.
What to Bring:
- Something to sit on (yoga mat, cushion, or thick blanket)
- Water
- Sunscreen: (We'll look for shade, but it's good to be prepared)
- Layers (sitting still for 40 minutes can feel cool even on a sunny day)
