What we’re about

This group is for anyone interested in learning & practicing the Alexander Technique with a certified teacher. The -mindful movement - A. T. practice has the purpose to restore the balance between body and mind and help realise your own creative potential.
Interactive workshops and regular classes with guided practice sessions provide opportunities for participants to apply the principles of the Alexander Technique in real-life scenarios. Whether sitting at a desk, walking, or engaging in physical activities, individuals will learn to embody poise, balance, and coordination, fostering a sense of grace and presence in their movements.
The practice has a meditative approach that awakens the senses. We explore how to find constructive rest within ourselves. The teacher offers possibilities to engage in playful and easy movement experiments. All levels are welcome.

In addition to practical exercises, the course may also incorporate discussions on topics such as anatomy, posture, breathing, and the mind-body connection. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and insights, fostering a supportive learning community where individuals can learn from one another.
