“Curious about posture? Join us for an easygoing session where we’ll experiment with movement and awareness through the Alexander Technique—no experience needed.
Through guided meditation and gentle movement experiments, we will learn to cultivate awareness of our body's responses to thoughts and also to activity. This workshop will provide practical tools to enhance our overall well-being and improve our posture, coordination, and mental clarity.
If the Alexander Technique is not new to you, or if you practice other somatic approaches, this class offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of your inherent mind–body connection and seamlessly integrate it into your daily life. Come explore the transformative power of mindful movement with us!
