Details
- Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can start on time.
- Optionally, you can bring a towel or blanket for some cushioning and for the final relaxation.
- All levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey.
- Anna will guide you through a harmonious blend of poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, suitable for everyone.
- While we do our best to locate shaded spots, we recommend wearing sunscreen, as shade availability may be limited, especially during peak hours and busy park days.
- Don't forget to dress comfortably and bring water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
- This class is offered on a donation basis. If you find value in the session, we encourage you to leave a tip at the end of class. All tips will help support the continuation of our community offerings.
- You are welcome to stay after class, hang out and chat with the group. Anna will be there to answers any questions you might have.
Please note that our outdoor yoga session is subject to weather conditions. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. In the event of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled or canceled. Please check the Meetup event page for updates closer to the date.

About the teacher
Anna is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She teaches Hatha, Slow Flow Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga classes. With a focus on fostering mind-body connection, Anna creates a safe space for students to explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness.
