About us
This group is dedicated to cultivating a kinder, more supportive relationship with ourselves through Mindful Self-Compassion practices. The goal is to practice tools for working with stress, self-criticism, and emotional overwhelm in everyday life.
Anyone interested in mindfulness, emotional well-being, and personal growth is welcome—especially those of us who tend to be hard on ourselves and want to relate differently.
Events include brief guided MSC practices, gentle mindfulness exercises, and experiential introductions to self-compassion concepts. Sessions are supportive, accessible, and practical—no prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed.
