我们以抄经为锚点,通过专心抄写获得专注力。同时,在抄写过程中开启内在觉知。

We’ll guide you through a simple mindful coffee practice: noticing aroma, temperature, taste, and the simple joy of the present.
Flow:
· 10 min: settle & breathe · 20 min: mindful coffee tasting · 15 min: open sharing
