As well as providing regular mindfulness and meditation courses in the community we also offer courses such as Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga as well as complementary therapies, psychotherapy and counselling at our centres.
We also have a Tibetan Buddhist Dharma centre in Cardiff with regular Buddhist events, which are open to all.
We have a large conference/lecture room which seats 50 people, two tastefully appointed and spacious therapy rooms and tea/coffee making facilities. All our rooms are available to hire at reasonable rates - they ideal for therapists or local community groups seeking to establish a base in the city. If you are interested in room hire then please contact us.
We are open during the week for visits and complementary therapies, as well as for courses and retreats when these are running. If you would like to make a special visit, then please get in touch and we will help facilitate this.
Our group is inclusive and we welcome all from all walks of life irrespective of race, creed, gender, age and sexual orientation.

CHENREZIG HALF DAY RETREAT
Samye Foundation Wales Mindfulness & Wellbeing Centre, 250 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, al, GBJOIN THE SANGHA FOR A CHENREZIG HALF DAY RETREAT
The retreat day is free. Everyone welcome. We will be doing the slightly longer version of Chenrezig and we have spare texts for people to use.
Practicing Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara) is associated with loving kindness and compassion. When practising on the full moon (or close to the full moon is considered especially beneficial due to the moon's association with clarity, compassion, and purification in Buddhist traditions. The full moon amplifies the positive energy and potential for spiritual growth associated with Chenrezig's practice of loving-kindness and compassion.
Tea coffee and biscuits will be available in the break
There will be tea, coffee and biscuits available.
Should you wish to make a donation towards the upkeep of our centre there will be a donation bowl in the room or you can make a donation online. https://sfwales.org/donate/2 attendees
