INTRODUCTION TO BACK TO BEGINNINGS (PHASE 1/WORKSHOP 2) : TARA ROKPA THERAPY

Phase 1/Workshop 2: Introduction to Back to Beginnings
This consists of 5 monthly one day workshops to be held on the following days: Saturday 18th May, Saturday 15th June, Saturday 6th July. September and October dates tbc.

Over the 5 sessions the methods of Remembering will be introduced in the mornings. During the 5 workshops participants will be supported to complete one cycle of Remembering from the present day until the age of 1 year old.
In the afternoons The Element contemplations will be introduced. The elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space will be investigated and their qualities explored as a way to restore a sense of balance and well being in our lives.

A number of those interested have already been introduced to ‘Working with the Elements’ with Anthony. You may wish to attend the Element workshop afternoons to refresh and deepen your understandings, alternatively you may wish to attend the mornings only when the Remembering is introduced. The cost of attending a half day is £25/ £20 concession
For those wishing to finish their process after Phase 1 workshops are completed a Completion workshop will be offered.
