LUNCH HOUR PLANT AND BOOK SALE, AS WELL AS SOME SESSIONS RELAXING WITH NATURE AND SOUND

Come to our Tibetan cafe at 248 Cowbridge Road East to enjoy some refreshments and have a browse at our plants and books for sale.

Also, we are offering a donation based relaxation session in your lunch hour between 1-m and 2pm where you can just walk into our hall and you will be greeted by Simon who will be gently ringing sound bowls. As you lie there and relax you will also hear the sounds of the fountain and waterfall. A lovely treat for you to relax. Come and go as you please. First soundbathing lunch hour will be 17th September
