Deepening our meditation practice
A day of guided meditation.
The day will start with a short talk from Lorraine setting the loving kindness theme of the day. Then Lorraine will guide practice sessions throughout the day,
On arrival please register in our Tibetan cafe where you will be greeted by Lorraine. After registering you will be taken to our Hall where the retreat is taking place, Before entering the room you will need to take your shoes off so please where warm socks. Blankets, mats and cushions are provided for your comfort. The day will be in silence, but you are being guided through the sessions throughout the day by Lorraine. So it is suitable for both experienced and new meditators. The programme si:
1PM: First Session
2.30PM TEA BREAK
3PM: Second session
4PM: TEA BREAK
4.30PM: Third session
5.30PM FINISH
