See all- Mindful Movement & Creative dance adult class - open levelWoolwich Works, Greater London
I’m teaching an open-level adult dance class this term on behalf of Protein Dance at Woolwich Works, every Thursday until the 3rd of July.
While it's presented as a dance class, my approach is rooted in my mindful movement practice—creating a welcoming, non-judgemental space where participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies and emotions. Through a balance of somatic awareness and creative exploration, the class encourages each person to move from a place of authenticity, presence, and curiosity.
Each session begins with grounding, mindful exercises and gradually transitions into creative dance elements. The class is open to all levels and is suitable for anyone aged 18 and over—no previous experience needed.
