90-minute session weaves together:

  • 🌬️ Grounding exercises & breathwork you can use in daily life
  • 🎲 Simple games that bring you into the moment
  • 🎶 Guided improvisation to explore your unique movement
  • 🎨 Creative tasks designed to nurture freedom and autonomy
  • 🤝 Playful moments of connection, without pressure or performance
