🌱 RECONNECT is a mindful movement series designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded again. It offers an inclusive, non-judgmental space to express yourself freely through guided practice at your own pace and in your own way. ❤

What to Expect

90-minute session weaves together:

  • 🌬️ Grounding exercises & breathwork you can use in daily life
  • 🎲 Simple games that bring you into the moment
  • 🎶 Guided improvisation to explore your unique movement
  • 🎨 Creative tasks designed to nurture freedom and autonomy
  • 🤝 Playful moments of connection, without pressure or performance
