After heart-warming feedback in Autumn 2025, Reconnect returns this spring with monthly 2-hour workshops.

In March, we will continue exploring how emotions show up as sensations in our bodies. Using mindful movement, we will support organic responses rather than trying to fix or force anything, allowing space for what we feel without repressing or ignoring it.

🌱 RECONNECT is a gentle, guided movement practice exploring how emotions live in the body, using breath, grounding exercises, and movement to support safe release. The practice invites noticing rather than fixing, building embodied trust and tools for daily life.

Across the sessions, we’ll return to simple yet powerful practices, including:
🌬️ Somatic movement & breathwork
🌍 Grounding exercises & body listening
🎶 Guided improvisation, discovering your unique movement
🎨 Creative expression & reflective tasks
