A gentle 40-minute online session to support rest, awareness, and reconnection through breath and simple embodied practice.

I’m offering two free online Reconnect sessions in April and May, with optional donations, to continue sharing this practice during a busy performance period. Please register your place HERE.

### 🌸 What to Expect

Each session includes a short check-in, followed by guided abdominal breathing, grounding exercises, and simple mindful movement, with space to gently return to yourself. We’ll close with a brief check-out.

The previous in-person sessions have been heartwarming, thoughtful, and powerful, and the feedback from the session in March makes me feel it's important to keep opening up a space, however small. Where we can slow down and listen inward.

This is a quiet, supportive space. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to pause and be with yourself for a moment.

#### What to prepare: A quiet space, comfortable clothing, and the option to sit or lie down. A bottle of water and a space where you can move your arms freely.**
