### 🌿 Reconnect: A Journey for wellbeing
After a short pause from our in-person gatherings, Reconnect returns with an invitation to explore joy through mindful movement.
In our busy lives, joy can often feel distant or dependent on external circumstances. This workshop offers a space to slow down, listen to the body, and explore the sense of freedom that might arise from within.
🌱 RECONNECT is a gentle, guided movement practice exploring how emotions live in the body, using breath, grounding exercises, and movement to support safe release. The practice invites noticing rather than fixing, building embodied trust and tools for daily life.
Across the sessions, we’ll return to simple yet powerful practices, including:
🌬️ Somatic movement & breathwork
🌍 Grounding exercises & body listening
🎶 Guided improvisation, discovering your unique movement
🎨 Creative expression & reflective tasks
