Evening flow (7 pm‑9 pm)

2️⃣ First guided meditation (focused attention or self‑compassion)

4️⃣ The second meditation changes week by week and follows a rotating weekly theme (loving‑kindness, self‑compassion, gratitude, etc.)Practical details
- When: Every Monday (doors 6:45 pm, meditation 7 pm) – we run the session even if there are no Meetup RSVP. No booking required - just turn up.
