Mindfulness and self-care for gay men - an 8 week course
Details
A former participant of the 8‑week course shared: “I recommend Nick’s course to everyone. It has given me the tools to no longer be overwhelmed by my thoughts and emotions. It’s the single most impactful thing I have done for my mental health and well‑being.”
If you’re ready to break free from autopilot habits and create lasting change, this course is for you.
What to Expect
- Small, supportive groups: maximum 14 men, fostering trust, connection, and shared learning.
- Practical tools: Techniques to calm the inner critic, replace harsh self‑talk with nurturing dialogue, and re‑wire habitual patterns.
- Guided meditations & home practice: Evenings combine meditation, reflection, and discussion, allowing deeper exploration than our Monday‑night sessions.
Each week builds on the last, helping you move from “doing” to “being” and from reactive habits to intentional, compassionate living.
