Hi, and a warm welcome
My name Heidi, I’m a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, trained through Brown University. I invite you to join me for this free one-hour online session, where we’ll pause, breathe, and gently explore what mindfulness is and how to bring it into our modern daily lives.

  • A short guided mindfulness practice
  • What mindfulness is (and what it isn’t)
  • Simple ways to bring mindfulness into everyday moments
  • Time for questions and reflections
  • Overview of ways to continue your learning and practice: weekly drop-ins, introductory courses, or the full 8-week evidence-based MBSR program

About Your Teacher
I am a qualified MBSR teacher through Brown University and a mindfulness practitioner. I facilitate group classes and one-on-one sessions for individuals from all walks of life, including professionals, creatives, independent business owners, medical practitioners, as well as patients and caretakers at Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre.
Using the evidence-based MBSR approach, I provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where participants can explore mindfulness, develop practice, and cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.
