Description:
Take a mindful pause in the middle of your busy day. These drop-in sessions offer a supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
During each session, we will:
- Practice a short guided mindfulness meditation to reset and refresh
- Pause, breathe, and reconnect with the mind and body
- Cultivate awareness and presence in our daily life
Who Is This For?
- Anyone curious about mindfulness, looking for a mindful pause in their day, or wanting to learn more about mindfulness practices.
- Those who have completed a mindfulness program and wish to continue, refresh, or reconnect with their practice.
- People seeking greater calm, clarity, and balance amidst the busyness of daily life.
Safety & Participation:
Mindfulness is generally safe for most people. If you have a history of mental health issues or other medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before joining. For the best interactive experience, participants are warmly encouraged to have their cameras on.
About Your Teacher:
I am a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher through Brown University, a certified meditation coach, and a mindfulness practitioner. I facilitate group and one-on-one sessions for individuals from all walks of life, including professionals, creatives, and independent business owners. I also teach mindfulness to patients and caretakers at Maggie’s Cancer Care Center.

Live online - join from anywhere! RSVP closes 3 hours before the session. Please RSVP in advance to reserve your spot.
Registration fee: These weekly sessions are free and open to all, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
