Present Steps is a guided walking experience that combines movement, learning, and reflection to help individuals think more clearly and engage more fully with
the present moment.

Each session introduces a new topic - often led by a guest speaker - exploring ideas related to mind, body, and the spirit. Participants then walk, reflect, and discuss how
these concepts apply to their daily lives.
