## 🌸 May Mindfulness Walk — Coming Home to Yourself

Join us for a gentle, guided mindfulness walk centered on the theme of Coming Home to Yourself.
This walk falls on Mother’s Day…
a day that can hold many different meanings.
For some, it’s a day of celebration.
For others, it may carry grief, longing, or complexity.
And for many, it’s a mix of all of that.
Instead of focusing on what this day should be…
we’ll create space for something deeper.
👉 A return to yourself.
As Buddha reminds us:
“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
During this walk, we’ll gently explore what it means to step away from roles, expectations, and constant giving…
and reconnect with the steady place within you that feels like home.
Through guided reflection, light conversation, and quiet moments of presence, you’ll have an opportunity to:
• Reconnect with yourself beneath the roles you carry
• Create space to receive, rather than always give
• Gently reflect on what you may be ready to return to within yourself
• Experience the grounding, supportive rhythm of nature
This is not a hike for performance — it’s a walk for presence.
All paces are welcome.
You are invited to move in a way that honors your body.
Whether this day feels light, heavy, or somewhere in between…
this space is here for you.

Before you arrive, you may want to consider:
👉 When do I feel most like myself?
👉 Where in my life might I be ready to return to myself… even just a little?

I look forward to walking with you 🌿
