Mindfulness Walk

## 🌿 June Mindfulness Walk — Vitality & Joy
Join us for a gentle, guided mindfulness walk centered on the theme of Vitality & Joy.
As summer begins to unfold around us, this walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature, and gently reflect on what helps us feel most alive.
In a world that often feels rushed, heavy, or disconnected, joy can sometimes feel distant — not because it’s gone, but because we’ve forgotten how to notice it.
As Karl Barth wrote:
“Joy is the simplest form of gratitude.”
Together, we’ll explore the quieter forms of joy:
🌿 movement
🌿 connection
🌿 presence
🌿 laughter
🌿 beauty in nature
🌿 moments of peace and aliveness
Through guided reflection, mindful walking, gentle grounding practices, and quiet moments of presence, you’ll have an opportunity to:
• Reconnect with what nourishes your spirit
• Slow down and become more present to your life
• Experience the grounding and restorative rhythm of nature
• Reflect on what brings vitality, meaning, and joy into your everyday life
• Connect with others in a supportive, welcoming environment
This is not a hike for performance — it’s a walk for presence.
All paces are welcome.
You are invited to move in a way that honors your body.
These walks are especially supportive for those seeking:
🌿 connection
🌿 reflection
🌿 emotional renewal
🌿 gentle movement
🌿 community
🌿 space to breathe and simply be
Whether you come feeling energized, weary, joyful, uncertain, or somewhere in between…
you are welcome here.
