Class Description:
Join us for a mindful and supportive yoga class rooted in the Iyengar tradition. This moderate-intensity session flows at a slower, intentional pace, allowing participants time to focus on proper alignment, posture, and form before transitioning into the next movement. Emphasis is placed on breath awareness, stability, and body awareness—making it ideal for those who want to deepen their practice or learn the foundations of yoga safely. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, this informative class offers a welcoming environment to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

Bhagavaan, formerly known as Darin Palmer, has been meditating even before he truly understood its power and significance. His journey began in a difficult and turbulent childhood, marked by abandonment, abuse, and poverty. Raised in an environment that lacked emotional nurturing and stability, Darin struggled to find a sense of direction. However, despite the challenges, he began to seek deeper meaning in life, and meditation became a natural part of his growth, helping him navigate the turmoil and ultimately guiding him towards spiritual awakening. As he transformed into Bhagavaan, his meditation practice deepened, becoming an essential tool in healing and self-discovery. Today, he shares his journey and insights with others, teaching meditation and holistic practices with compassion and understanding. His teachings come from a place of personal experience, grounded in a deep commitment to helping others find peace, purpose, and connection.
