Teacher Bio: I am a registered 500-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and I completed my 200-hour in-person yoga teacher training at the University of Utah, and 300-hour online training with Vinyasa Yoga Academy/World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. I currently teach gentle flow, and vinyasa style, but I have also previously taught chair yoga. I first started practicing in 2015 with curiosity and to better cope with stress during my freshman year in college. Based on my personal experience, I learned how yoga and mindfulness play a huge role in feeling grounded and anchored in my life. Yoga has helped me navigate through my life as I found a way to cope with uncertainty and anxiety. All levels are welcome to join my classes, and I hope to see you on the mat!
