Class Description: Begin your day with intention, grace, and grounded presence. Still Morning Flow is a 60-minute hybrid practice that blends the quiet nourishment of Yin with the energizing rhythm of Vinyasa. We start in stillness—restorative postures and breathwork prepare the body and mind for a fluid, heart-centered flow. Designed to meet you right where you are, this class honors both softness and strength, inviting you to carry stillness within movement and peace into the rest of your day.
All levels welcome. Props encouraged. Come as you are.
Teacher Bio: Stephanie Glover is a yoga teacher, creative, and lifelong student of healing through movement. With a background in Hatha Yoga and a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, she guides classes that feel both grounding and expansive. Her teaching weaves together breath, storytelling, and soulful sequencing to create experiences that are as introspective as they are empowering.
Stephanie believes in yoga as a tool for transformation—accessible, poetic, and rooted in self-awareness. When she’s not on the mat, she’s building community through her work in wellness, innovation, and pet care advocacy.
