Please join us at Sala Dāna. This Thursday, Ana Mónica will lead the Thursday English Sangha.

Our program normally includes a 30 minute Samatha and Vipassana style meditation, a walking meditation, and a short Buddha dharma talk. We end with a metta or Loving Kindness meditation. Usually there is time for Q&A and reflection.

This session is appropriate for all levels of experience.

As with all offerings at Sala Dana, the session is offered freely in the spirit of generosity. Participants are invited to also practice generosity and leave a donation.

Many sangha members go for vegetarian super afterwards. All are welcome!
