Join us for a free, drop-in Nature Therapy Walk on the breathtaking trails of Mount Royal Park — a serene oasis in the heart of the city.

Guided by nature guide Tyler Hunt, this gentle, guided experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses in the natural world. Whether you're seeking stress relief, mindfulness, or simply a quiet escape, this is your invitation to be present — outdoors.

Spots are also open for our Ecotherapy Program — feel free to bring any questions, comments, or concerns about the program to the walk, and we'll be glad to listen and answer.

  • A slow, mindful walk (approximately 45 min — no fitness level required
  • Sensory invitations to deepen your connection with the natural world
  • Opportunities for reflection, rest, and gentle sharing (optional)
  • A safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all
