*SPECIAL* Nature Therapy Walk with Moire
Details
🌿 SPECIAL SPEAKER: Dr. Moire Stevenson | Free Nature Therapy Walk on Mont Royal | Mindfulness Outdoors Montreal
Reconnect with Nature. Reconnect with Yourself.
Join us for a free, drop-in Nature Therapy Walk on the breathtaking trails of Mount Royal Park - a serene oasis in the heart of the city.
The walk will be led by Dr. Moire Stevenson, founder of Mindfulness Outdoors. Our focus will be on making peace with impermanence - moving through the unknown in a supported, mindful way. This gentle, guided experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses in the natural world. Whether you're seeking stress relief, mindfulness, or simply a quiet escape, this is your invitation to be present - outdoors.
This event is a preview for the upcoming weekend retreat 'Making Peace with Impermanence', an all-inclusive, cozy getaway in the Eastern Townships — feel free to bring any questions, comments, or concerns about the retreat to the walk, and Moire will be glad to listen and answer.
