Join me and our community for a gentle online guided meditation session Sunday evening. This is a space for us to come together, support each other, and cultivate mindfulness in our lives.
All levels are welcome, from seasoned meditators to those brand new to the practice.
We'll create a safe and welcoming atmosphere where we can all experience the benefits of meditation.
Let's reflect on the ending week and prepare the upcoming one by centering ourselves and setting out intention.
