Mindtrek is a method of walking that gradually removes the layers of stress and pollution that have built up between us and the outside world. Based on ancient contemplative practices validated by contemporary neuroscience, Mindtrek integrates walking with meditation to help us regain our inner peace and psychophysical well-being. Mindtrek's success is due to a rigorous protocol that requires a guide with extensive academic training and meditative outdoor experience. Anyone can experience the benefits of this new (and ancient) way of walking in nature. Rome is close to some of the wildest areas of Western Europe and is the perfect base camp for outdoor activities throughout the year.
