Mindtrek is a method of walking that gradually removes the layers of stress and pollution that have built up between us and the outside world. Based on ancient contemplative practices validated by contemporary neuroscience, Mindtrek integrates walking with meditation to help us regain our inner peace and psychophysical well-being. Mindtrek's success is due to a rigorous protocol that requires a guide with extensive academic training and meditative outdoor experience. Anyone can experience the benefits of this new (and ancient) way of walking in nature. Rome is close to some of the wildest areas of Western Europe and is the perfect base camp for outdoor activities throughout the year.

This journey will introduce those who have already practiced Mindtrek, as well as those who are simply interested in meditation and nature, to the roots of this discipline and related scientific notions, with the goal of more knowledgeably integrating the benefits of Mindtrek into daily life. We will take a journey together that is intended to lead us to a greater familiarization with the interdependence of mind and body. Our main tool will be mindfulness, on the one hand, a vehicle for psychophysical relief and, on the other, a powerful tool for observation. The goal will be to acquire cognitions and practices that we can take with us into our daily lives to promote our own well-being and that of those around us.
