Over approximately 2 miles, you’ll step back in time to uncover the true story behind a chilling crime while immersing yourself in Harrogate’s fascinating history.

YOUR GUIDE:
Your group will be given a self-guided map and will embark on an exhilarating treasure trail around Harrogate. As you explore, you’ll solve riddles, piece together clues, and unlock the secrets of the town’s shadowy past. It’s an interactive and engaging way to delve into history—perfect for anyone who loves a good mystery!

MEET:
10:30 am – in the centre of Crescent Gardens, over the road from the Royal Baths (look for your guides—cheerful detectives armed with maps and plenty of intrigue!).

END:
Once you’ve cracked the trail, why not join us for a drink or lunch at Wetherspoons to discuss your findings?

On this trail, you’ll explore the true story of a shocking historical murder that gripped the town. I believe in providing a more intimate and personalised experience, so I prefer to send groups off in smaller numbers so nobody (new or old members) feels left out. Alternatively, you can form your own group with your friends to embark on this thrilling journey together!

THE WALK: This walk is mostly on paved paths and is an easy walk over 2 miles. Your group will be going at a slow pace as they look for clues, listen to stories and follow directions.

This event is FREE. However, we will be collecting donations for MIND, the charity our Adventure Group supports.
