Riverside Discovery Walk - History, Sculptures & Ghosts!
A little bit different to our normal trails. No clues to find, no trail to read, just interesting history, sculptures, ghost stories and good company.

We will stop at various interesting points to read, take photos and learn about some of the interesting features. You will also hear an odd ghost story or two!

THE IMPORTANT BIT:
As daring adults, let's embrace our adventurous spirits! Your safety and that of your fellow explorers are in your capable hands. So join the walk and prepare yourself because Knaresborough is calling.

We will meet in Conyngham Hall car park by the entrance. From here, we will take the trail along the riverside while looking out for places of interest. This walk is intended to be a gentle 3.5-mile walk. We will be going through woodland on uneven paths, so walking boots are advisable.

10:30 am – At Conyngham Hall Car Park entrance

END:
If you would like to join us for a picnic at the end of the walk, we will find somewhere by the car park next to the river.

This event is FREE. However, we will be collecting donations for MIND, the charity our Adventure Group supports.
