declaration, daily intentions, calendar, tasks, journal, etc.
- any documents from your job, association or societies, volunteer roles, project plans, etc. that describe your roles and responsibilities.
Before we begin, you will want to dress comfortably, hydrate and be prepared to clean up both your physical and electronic space. Feel free join late or leave early depending on which parts of the routine you prefer.

Detail your tasks and determine their priority.
Decide what actions to eliminate, delegate or schedule.
6:20 AM - Close
Prepare to for today's action items.
State your intentions for the day.
