If you are an early bird who wants to catch more worms, then join us at 4:30 AM, yes AM, to prepare your mind, body and soul for a good, miraculously great, day!
For 1 hour we will practice a routine inspired mainly by Hal Elrod's SAVERS routine from the book Miracle Mornings. We will also discuss an inspirational quote, and perform a visualization exercise.

TOOLS
- Optional: Pen or pencil and paper for journaling.
- Something educational, inspirational or otherwise positive to read.
BEFORE
Participants are encouraged to hydrate, brush your teeth and dress comfortably before we begin.

4:25 AM Meeting opens
4:30 AM Guided routine begins:
- Silence
- Affirmations
- Visualization
- Reading
- Scribing
5:10 AM Thought for the Day and Discussion
Thought will be come from one or more stoic philosophers.
5:15 AM Session ends.
AFTER
Participants are encouraged to: continue reading or scribing, and to exercise for at least 10 minutes.
