Details

Before you rush to face the world, take time to connect with yourself. Join us 4:30 AM, yes AM, to prepare your mind, body and soul for a miraculously great, day!

There are three main parts to the session:

Part 1: SAVRS Routine
First, for 40 minutes, we will practice Hal Elrod's SAVERS routine from the book Miracle Mornings. SAVERS stands for silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading and scribing. In our session, we exclude the exercise and ask participants to do it before or after the session. So, our session will focus on SAVRS, minus the 'E'.

To learn more about SAVERS, visit: The 6 Life SAVERS for a Miracle Morning (https://miraclemorning.com/episode-25-the-6-life-savers-for-a-miracle-morning/)

Part 2: Philosophy Thought for the Day
Next, for about 10 minutes, we will reflect on insightful quotes or explore concepts from philosophies around the world, from ancient times up to the present.

Part 3: Bonus Activity
Finally, we will transition to thinking about the day ahead by listing and breaking down our tasks for the day. This bonus section is about 5 - 7 minutes long.
