For 60 minutes we will practice a routine inspired mainly by Robin Sharma's morning routine, the 20/20/20 Formula, as described in his book called The 5AM Club: Own Your Morning. Elevate Your Life.

Participants are encouraged to complete at least 20 minutes of exercise and can rejoin the session at 6:00 AM if they wish.

Have a pen or pencil and paper ready for our journaling exercise. We encourage you to hydrate, brush your teeth and wear your workout clothes before joining the meeting.
