Start your day focused, clear, and ready for action. In just 30 minutes, we’ll tap into proven productivity principles to organize your priorities and prepare for purposeful work.
### What to Bring
- Your calendar (digital or paper)
- Your organizer or personal planner (digital or paper)
- A journal or scratch pad and writing tool(s) (pen, pencil, etc.)
- Notes, reminders, or intentions from the previous day or week
- Any relevant documents from your work, volunteer roles, or projects
### Schedule
6:30 AM – Fluff the Nest (5 mins)
Hydrate, tidy your physical and digital workspace, and gather your tools.
6:35 AM – Gather Your Flock (20 mins)
🔹 6:35–6:38 – Brain Dump: Capture anything on your mind—tasks, worries, ideas, questions
🔹 6:38–6:41 – Reflect: Review notes, reminders, and insights from the previous day
🔹 6:41–6:45 – Assess: Reconnect with your goals, roles, and current challenges
🔹 6:45–6:50 – Update: Adjust your calendar, task list, and action steps accordingly
🔹 6:50–6:55 – Focus: Identify key priorities and determine what to eliminate, delegate, or defer
6:55 AM – Take the Lead (5 mins)
Set your top intention(s) for the day. Choose one action to start with. Close the session with a big breath, a reminder of what motivates, inspires or centers you and step with clarity into your day.
