Would you like to engage in a daily practice that can help you thrive consistently? This online group is inspired mainly by the SAVERS technique outlined in Hal Elrod's book Miracle Morning.
In 40 minutes we will participate in a routine to help us:
*feel less stressed and more optimistic
*develop resilience, discipline and clarity
*begin the day with energy and purpose

For 1 hour we will practice a routine inspired mainly by Hal Elrod's SAVERS routine from the book Miracle Mornings. We will also discuss an inspirational quote, and perform a visualization exercise.
