These sessions are designed to help you improve your physical and mental well-being, reduce stress, and increase your overall sense of calm and relaxation. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses, combined with breathing techniques and meditation, to help you feel more centered and balanced.
Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have been practicing for years, our sessions are suitable for all levels. We will provide modifications for poses and breathing techniques to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries you may have.
Our free yoga and meditation sessions will be held weekly and will last approximately one hour. Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and any props you may need, such as blocks or straps. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and get settled.
